Bridal Industry Standards

LETS TALK BRIDAL INDUSTRY STANDARDS!

These are the following policies for bridal requests:

1) trials only being reserved for committed clients. trials do not promise or hold dates and because of that we can’t guarantee that there won’t be another bride who is also interested in your date ready to book before your trial date even comes!

2) booking 12 to 18 months in advance. We’ve gotten inquiries for 2025, so when we tell you other brides are not waiting to book hair and makeup, neither should you!

3) starting services at 6 AM for a 1 PM finish time. Long gone are the days of sleeping in on your wedding day unless there’s no wedding party to glam! This isn’t your every day 20 minute make up application in ponytail. Applications can take up to 75 minutes to make sure that they are long lasting and as perfect as possible.

4. Service minimums. think about this: what’s the minimum amount of money you need on a paycheck to make ends meet? It’s the same thing when wedding vendors provide service minimum‘s. These minimum‘s are essentially our biweekly paycheck to make sure we can pay our mortgage, groceries, and run our business!

5. hotel accommodations. the last thing you need is a text at 4 o’clock in the morning from your make up artist saying they blew a tire coming from their base to your far away or other city venue. Having a hotel for your hair and make up team prevents things like that from happening on the wedding morning. this way, we can be the best version of ourselves and ready as soon as services need to start!

Hope these pointers answers questions about planning and booking your bridal and party makeup and hair.
